School of Nursing Scholarships & Awards

The SON offers a variety of scholarships and awards to eligible students. Most SON scholarships are awarded during the spring semester of each academic year.

The annual SON scholarship application period typically opens in February, with awards announced later in the Spring semester. Scholarship recipients may be invited to attend the SON's annual Honors Day program, generally held in April or May.

Students will be notified by email from the Office of Student Affairs when applications become available. Students are responsible for submitting all required information and supporting documentation by the stated deadline.

Incomplete or late applications will not be reviewed or considered. Students are responsible for confirming that all required components of their application have been submitted.

Additional scholarship opportunities that become available throughout the academic year will be shared with students by email and/or through the SON Weekly Student Newsletter.

For questions about SON awards and scholarships, please contact the Associate Dean for Student Affairs.
